Zaimki zwrotne: ćwiczenia z odpowiedziami i karta pracy PDF

Formy: myself, yourself, himself i reszta

I to myself, you to yourself (do jednej osoby) albo yourselves (do kilku), he to himself, she to herself, it to itself, we to ourselves, they to themselves. Nie ma form hisself ani theirselves.

  • I made myself a sandwich. (Zrobiłem sobie kanapkę.)
  • He talks to himself. (Mówi do siebie.)
  • The kids behaved themselves. (Dzieci były grzeczne.)

Robisz coś sam: myself i by myself

Myself na końcu zdania znaczy „sam, bez pomocy”. By myself i on my own znaczą „sam, w pojedynkę”.

  • We built the deck ourselves. (Sami zbudowaliśmy taras.)
  • I live by myself. (Mieszkam sam.)
  • She traveled around Asia on her own. (Sama podróżowała po Azji.)

Themselves czy each other?

Themselves to „siebie samych”: każdy robi coś sobie. Each other to „siebie nawzajem”: jedna osoba drugiej.

  • Tom and Anna love each other. (Tom i Anna się kochają.)
  • My sister and I call each other every day. (Z siostrą dzwonimy do siebie codziennie.)

  • I feel much better today. (Czuję się dziś dużo lepiej.)
  • We met at work. (Poznaliśmy się w pracy.)
  • I usually relax after work. (Zwykle odpoczywam po pracy.)

Enjoy yourself, help yourself, make yourself at home

Help yourself i make yourself at home to typowe zdania gospodarza.

  • Did you enjoy yourself? (Dobrze się bawiłeś?)
  • Please make yourselves at home. (Czujcie się jak u siebie.)
