Zdania względne who, which, that: ćwiczenia z odpowiedziami i karta pracy PDF

Po angielsku masz do tego who, which, that, where i whose, a czasem nie potrzebujesz żadnego z nich.

Who dla ludzi, which dla rzeczy, that dla obu

O ludziach mówisz who, o rzeczach i zwierzętach which. That pasuje do jednych i drugich, a w codziennej rozmowie Amerykanie używają go najczęściej.

  • I have a friend who lives in Denver. (Mam kolegę, który mieszka w Denver.)
  • I need a phone which takes good photos. (Potrzebuję telefonu, który robi dobre zdjęcia.)
  • The guy that fixed my car was really nice.

Where dla miejsc, whose zamiast „czyj”

Where znaczy „gdzie, w którym”. Whose znaczy „którego, której, czyj” i zawsze stoi przed rzeczownikiem.

  • This is the café where I work on Saturdays. (To kawiarnia, w której pracuję w soboty.)
  • I met a man whose dog was in a movie. (Poznałem faceta, którego pies grał w filmie.)

Czasem „który” znika

Gdy po zaimku stoi kolejna osoba i czasownik (we watched, I bought), możesz who, which albo that pominąć.

  • The movie we watched yesterday was great. (Film, który wczoraj obejrzeliśmy, był świetny.)
  • Is this the book you told me about? (Czy to ta książka, o której mi mówiłeś?)
  • I know a woman who speaks five languages. (Znam kobietę, która mówi w pięciu językach.)

Nie dodawaj „go” ani „ją”

Po polsku mówisz „facet, którego go poznałam”?

  • The man I met was very nice. (Mężczyzna, którego poznałam, był bardzo miły.)
  • The song that was playing was terrible. (Piosenka, która leciała, była okropna.)
