First conditional: ćwiczenia z odpowiedziami i karta pracy PDF

Na początek masz krótkie zasady, a pod nimi 51 zdań w sześciu zestawach, od if i will po unless, when, as soon as i zerowy okres warunkowy.

First conditional w skrócie

If + Present Simple, will: realna przyszłość

Po if stawiasz czas teraźniejszy, choć myślisz o przyszłości. Po polsku mówisz „jeśli zdążysz”, a po angielsku if you leave, nie if you will leave.

  • If you leave now, you’ll catch the bus. (Jeśli wyjdziesz teraz, zdążysz na autobus.)
  • If it doesn’t rain, we’ll have a barbecue. (Jeśli nie będzie padać, zrobimy grilla.)

Kolejność i przecinek

  • If you need help, call me. (Jeśli będziesz potrzebować pomocy, zadzwoń.)
  • I’ll send you the photos if you give me your email. (Wyślę Ci zdjęcia, jeśli dasz mi swój e-mail.)

Unless, when, as soon as, before, until

Unless znaczy „chyba że”, czyli if not, więc po nim nie dajesz drugiego przeczenia. Po when, as soon as, before i until też stoi czas teraźniejszy, nigdy will.

  • Unless you hurry, we’ll miss the start. (Jeśli się nie pospieszysz, przegapimy początek.)
  • I’ll call you as soon as I get home. (Zadzwonię, jak tylko dotrę do domu.)
  • We won’t start until everyone arrives.

If znaczy tu prawie to samo co when.

  • If I drink coffee after six, I can’t sleep.
  • If you don’t water plants, they die. (Jeśli nie podlewasz roślin, usychają.)
